Check the recipient name, address, postal code and contact details before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins. Orders may be held or cancelled when an address cannot be verified or delivery is restricted.

Tracking and delays

Tracking information is provided when the selected service supports it. Carrier processing, weather, peak periods, customs and local delivery conditions can affect timing after dispatch. If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, send the order number through the contact form.

Privacy, customs and delivery

We aim to use discreet outer packaging without unnecessary product wording. International recipients are responsible for checking local import rules and for duties or taxes not collected at checkout. Delivery confirmation from the carrier may be used when investigating a missing parcel.
