Return Policy

We want return requests to be handled clearly and fairly. Because many items in our catalogue are intimate or hygiene-sensitive products, eligibility depends on the item’s condition, packaging and the reason for the request.

Hygiene-sensitive products

Opened, unsealed or used intimate products are generally not eligible for return where applicable law allows, unless the product is defective or was supplied incorrectly. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed or refused.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep all packaging while the request is reviewed. We may ask for additional information to determine whether a replacement, refund or other remedy is appropriate.

Starting a return request

Use the contact form and include the email used for the order, order number, item name and reason for the request. Approved instructions will explain the return address, packaging requirements and any available shipping label. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
