Payment Policy

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. A method shown elsewhere or used for a previous order may not always be available for every currency, destination or transaction.

Authorisation and order confirmation

Submitting payment authorises the payment provider to approve the transaction. An authorisation or pending entry is not the same as final order acceptance. Your order is accepted only after Privamour confirms it and may be cancelled when payment fails, an item is unavailable, information is inconsistent or a legal restriction applies.

Currency and charges

Storefront prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is clearly shown. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion, cross-border or other fees that Privamour does not control. Review the final checkout amount before confirming payment.

Security and privacy

Payment information is processed through the payment method presented at checkout. Do not send card numbers, passwords or one-time codes through email or the contact form. Refunds are returned according to our Refund Policy and the processing rules of the original payment provider.
